Abstract

Ionic capital, found along one of the temple’s long sides; about half of the piece is preserved. The balteus is decorated with a lotus flower and the bolster with alternating long and short leaves of reed. Traces of coating, perhaps colour, were found on the bolster and on the Lesbian cyma of the abacus (scientific analysis pending).

Description

Following up on professional photography, 3D models were produced with two types of Laser Scanners, a Structured-Light Scanner and Structure-from-Motion (SfM). Deviations between the different 3D models are visualized in surface comparisons.
