Description: The collection contains computed images (ortho-photos), camera photos, and wall plans of the textual witness of the Egyptian Netherworld Book, "Book of Caverns", in the tomb of Petamenophis in the necropolis of Thebes in Egypt (TT 33). The ortho-photos were computed from working photos taken during epigraphic missions in September of 2012, November of 2015, and October 2016 as part of the research project (C-4-5) Diagrammatic Representations of the Ancient Egyptian Underworld, financed by the Excellence Cluster Topoi, as well as part of the Mission épigraphique française dans la tombe de Padiaménopé (Institut français d’archéologie orientale, directed by Prof. Dr. Claude Traunecker/Université de Strasbourg and co-directed by Dr. Isabelle Régen/Université Paul Valéry-Montpellier III).
